Are you a passionate and proactive individual with strong experience in B2B Client Services?
Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading high street names, renowned for their exceptional customer services and supportive working environment?
We are seeking articulate, initiative driven Client Services Advisors for a 2-3 month period, adding value to the team during their busy Christmas period.
You will advise customers on individual products, explaining the corporate offering, as well as the order process and delivery services offered.
Creating quotes and processing orders whilst ensuring cut off times and delivery deadlines are met, you will offer the customer an unrivalled service.
Furthermore, you will resolve complex queries including returns and non-deliveries, building a strong working rapport with customers which will enable you to secure every possible business sale opportunity.
What we're looking for:
*Previous experience in a B2B Client Services role
*Retail selling experience would be ideal but is not essential
*Superb written and spoken communication skills
*The ability to take on complex administration tasks
*A highly efficient individual who follows processes rigorously
*A quick learner who can work to a high standard in a fast paced environment
*An adaptable approach to your workload, with the flexibility to work overtime if required
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
