Traditionally, digital experiences in the Financial Services industry are poorly designed and badly executed. Their aim is to deliver real innovation in a market that is now demanding more from online customer experiences across web and devices.
Joining as a Creative Lead / Creative Director you will be working with the creative partner generating ideas and leading the creative team. The agency are looking for a talented individual with a overwhelming knowledge of digital who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty in Photoshop visualising concepts.
With typical projects spanning advertising, marketing, digital applications, ecommerce, social media, branding and everything in between, this is an opportunity to demonstrate creative innovation in the digital space.
To qualify... You should be a passionate and innovative Creative Lead / Creative Director with a solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles and substantial experience of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces, and navigation. You should also tick the following boxes:
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of clients and their businesses.
- Track record of building, leading and inspiring a creative team.
- Conceptual thinker with attention to detail.
- Creative problem solver.
- Keen eye for emerging technologies and platforms and how to apply them to individual clients.
- A natural manager and motivator of staff.
- Ability to judge creative ideas and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
- Ability to lead teams for pitching, strategy, design and production stages of projects.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable presenting creative work to clients.
