Leading international travel group seek an Irish-based Area Manager to take responsibility for all inbound operations and team management.
You will have an excellent knowledge of the Irish travel market as you will be overseeing all customers visiting Ireland. You will be experienced in managing and motivating tour leaders to ensure they are offering the best experience possible for the customer. This role is heavily focused to ensuring that your team is performing to the best of their ability and train and hire where necessary.
You will also be involved in contracting all ground services to ensure the best rates and also managing the day-to-day operations. As such, you will need to be an excellent motivator, communicator and happy working in a fast-pased environment for this very successful company,
