We have an immediate requirement for a TUPE HR Advisor to support this large public sector organisation on a temporary contract from 13th September to 4th October.
You will be required to interview on Wednesday 12th September; with a start date of Thursday 13th September.
As TUPE HR Advisor, you will support the HR team on a major TUPE project, standing in for Project Lead when required, and acting as the first point of contact for employees with regards to contractual queries, taking 1-2-1 meetings and liaising with the HR admin team on a constant basis.
You will attend consultation meetings with unions and staff TUPE roadshows, as well as assisting with meetings and ensuring the SAP database is maintained.
What we're looking for:
*Experience of supporting a large scale public sector TUPE project (up to 500 staff)
*Previous exposure to restructures and redundancies
*Strong Employee Relations knowledge and experience, in particular regarding contractual status
*A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail
