The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and profitable running of all Food and Beverage Operations.
You will need to have experience with in a busy venue as this is a varied role in which you'll make full use of your communication skills, organisational abilities, financial awareness and experience in similar environments to promote sales, train staff, co-ordinate workloads, maintain stock levels and fulfil all health & safety requirements.
If successful you will be responsible for managing both budgets and expectation, inspiring those around you.
Previous experience in a C&B or a F&B role at a supervisory or more junior level within a 4* quality hotel environment is preferred.
