- Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone to book flights and hotels.
- Able to utilise CRS Sabre to book flights and hotels within customers Travel Policy and also promoting the preferred supplier programme.
- Always providing first class customer service with a "can do attitude"
- Proven CRS skills preferably Sabre
- Experience within a Business Travel environment preferred
- Able to work well under pressure and book complex travel arrangements
- Utilise travel skills and experience to provide expert solutions
- Able to work quickly and with attention to detail
- Excellent IT Skills, able to work across several systems at the same time
- Strong communication skills
