Robert Half HR is currently working with a global blue chip company based in Uxbridge, looking for a Senior MI (HR) Analyst.
Robert Half HR is currently recruiting for a Senior MI Analyst for their blue chip client. Supporting a client base of around 3000, the postholder will make fact-based decisions and talk with data relating to headcount and people data issues. This role demands a high calibre MI Analyst who has an array of experience handling complex HR data and has the capacity to act as a true business partner, presenting key findings to the senior stakeholders.Key areas of responsibilities include:Supporting the HR Team with implementation, tracking and reporting of headcount and people data metrics and KPIs as part of the regular performance reporting cycle.The ongoing capture and storage of accurate and comprehensive people data Actuals.Owning and evolving Headcount Actuals, Forecasting and Reporting processes and the corresponding dashboards, scorecards and addressing ad hoc management queries and analysis. Maintaining the "OrgChart" application, used to track Contractors and additional data outside of the core HR systems. Working closely with the finance team, reporting into the Performance & Reporting Manager. Key attributes required include:Significant relevant experience of People data analysis.Familiarity with Financial and other MI reporting processes in order to contribute to the wider Performance Management team agenda.Demonstrable experience within a complex and diverse organisation while providing support to senior Executives. IT application management.Experience with Sharepoint.Advanced Excel skills.

The Senior MI (HR) Analyst role offers a salary circa £60,000 per annum, plus a range of fantastic company benefits.
