Learning and Development Consultant - City of London - Law Firm - £35K to £45K
Our client, a leading Law firm based in London, seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant on a permanent basis.
The role requires candidates with strong communications skills with experience coaching up to a senior level, with in-depth knowledge of the complete training cycle, CIPD accreditation is preferable. Experience within a professional services organisation is a must have.
A successful candidate will have the ability to delivery strategic learning objectives through a global talent programme to support the business. The role will require an individual who can manage internal and external resources as well as training and supporting individuals and team.
The salary band is £35,000 - £45,000.
