Robert Half HR is working with their client in the international banking / financial services sector to recruit an accomplished Regional HR Business Partner.
This is a Senior Generalist HR role with a strategic edge, driving forward recruitment, L+D and Reward functions. Suitable candidates must not be afraid of getting heavily involved with the more hands-on operational HR duties though, providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on all employee relations issues. There is also a need to implement and streamline policies and procedures across the region, therefore some experience in this area would be highly desirable.This position will involve frequent travel between Paris and London, with a significant proportion of the client base being based in France. As a result, applicants must be fluent in speaking French to a business level.In additional candidates must be CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience in a relevant sector previously, ideally from a local bank background.
Salary & Benefits
The position of Regional HR Business Partner offers a salary ranging from £60,000-£65,000 per annum, with an attractive benefits package.
