
Working closely with HR Business Partner and business managers, working within the Employee Relations Operations Team within EMEA Employee Relations.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing individual employee relations issues in theUK
End to end management ofUKgrievance, disciplinary and ethical concern issues and alternative dispute resolution interventions
Case Management
Investigations
Hearings and Appeals
Mediation
Candidates must have extensive ER knowledge gained in either a ER specialist role within a global Financial Organisation or a large global matrix structured organisation.
