Our client is a professional services organisation based in London, seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant on a permanent basis, with the intention of starting as soon as possible.
The role requires candidates with strong communications skills with experience coaching up to a senior level, with in-depth knowledge of the complete training cycle. Experience with SAP is preferable, along with CIPD accreditation.
A successful candidate will have experience with a wide range of development tools and be able to work effectively across teams and borders. With the ability to delivery strategic learning objectives through a global talent programme to support the business. The role will requires an individual who can manage internal and external resources as well as training and supporting individuals and team.
The salary band is £35,000 - £45,000.
