An tier one investment bank has an urgent opening for a Senior Negotiator and legal documentation.
Successful candidate will:
-have an excellent knowledge of a variety of traded markets master agreement documentation and their underlying products (ISDA and other market standard derivatives and securities financing agreements) and credit, legal, regulatory and operational issues/risks relating there to
-have a big picture understanding of the financial markets and understands business and regulatory implications of documentation aspects
-be responsive and focused on client service
-ideally have a legal background (qualified lawyer or law degree) and a minimum of 5 to 6 years negotiating experience with a wide range of fund types and structures, including hedge funds, across multiple jurisdictions,.
In addition to English, any of the following language skills would be an advantage: French, German, Italian or Spanish.
