Real Staffing Group are working with a Financial Services Organisation in the search for a Risk and Compliance Monitoring Manager based in the East Midlands.
The role includes:
Leading Compliance & Operational Risk Reviews.
Monitoring legislative policy, procedural and code compliance levels.
Discussing and reporting findings with Group function or senior management.
Making recommendations and working with Stakeholders on addressing areas of non-compliance.
Training and coaching
To lead Compliance & Operational Risk
Review of policy/process changes.
Review approval of customer literature.
Person Requirements:
Qualification in a monitoring or compliance discipline e.g. Internal Auditing to CMIIA.
Experience of working in a regulatory environment.
