A more challenging role You'll be in a telephone based environment which is not driven by scripts or standard calls and your challenge will be to negotiate payment plans with our customers to help them re-pay their debt to Nationwide. In these situations, every one of our customers are different, so you'll be using your skills to resolve their current financial situation now and for future payments. As an ambassador for Nationwide, you'll be delivering an excellent customer experience to achieve a positive result for both parties. A more talented person You're someone who enjoys working in a people focused role. You'll have the drive and determination to achieve the very best for the business and for the customers that you work and build relationships with. In this telephone based role, it's essential that you're a great communicator and have lots of customer understanding. You'll be analysing individual customer budget plans and in situations where you can't give the customer what they want, you'll have the skills to negotiate a suitable resolution. As you'll be measured against the agreements you reach with our customers, you'll be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
