The role requires a senior HR professional with extensive generalist and strong change management experience gained within a a complex global environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate that you can act as a credible and trusted partner to the business within a challenging environment, displaying integrity and professionalism and taking personal accountability for results.
You will be responsible for providing a full generalist HR service to your own client group and you will be used to taking ownership of complex problems and decisions and responding to them with a positive outlook.
Proactive and forward thinking, potential candidates will readily seek out better ways to deliver additional value to the business through HR solutions. You will have a sound commercial understanding of the business and ensure that the wider business and commercial issues are addressed when applying a HR solution. In particular, you will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business to key stakeholders.
This is a highly demanding role, within a HR Department of talented professionals. Applicants must therefore be confident of their ability to work in a challenging environment, manage a varied workload, and having a "can-do" approach.
You will be educated to degree level and CIPD (or equivalent) qualified and have a proven track record in financial services.
