Leading Energy company are now looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager for Europe.
You will be responsible for developing 3 key areas:
Ensure the Business Strategy is implemented in CRM (Oracle)
Design a CRM Analysis reporting to track business relevant KPI's
Development of a reporting for front sales to monitor and develop customers
Assistance in markets to develop best targeting strategies for their local communication and sales activities and provide recommendations.
Responsibility for the strategic development of the e-commerce platform for installers and related online activities and tools.
Delivery of e-business roadmap (web & mobile,B2B) and leading of projects
Permanent analysis,evaluation and development of best activities to drive e-commerce
Manage web agencies/third parties in efficent way
Relaunch the website,increase visitors and visits,integrate e-commerce solutions.
Design and implementation of activities regarding online marketing,SEO/SEM,Social Media,aligned with Channel Manager
Degree in Marketing with online Marketing/E-Business/CRM
At least 6 years experience in CRM,Digital Marketing,e-business
Excellent business understanding from a multi-cultural fast changing business environment
Experience with Energy ind would be a bonus
Experience in Data Analysis
Experience in retention activities and churn risk modelling would be considered a strong advantage
Good understanding of eBusiness technologies (Oracle CRM.CMS knowledge,JAVA,Adobe Photoshop,evtl & Marceto)
Fluent German & English
