you will have a strategic oversight and operational involvement across key areas:
- Marketing & Advertising
- University relations
- Campus strategy and Resourcing plans
- Selection , Assessment and Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Summer analyst programme management - full responsibility of interns from recruitment through to development during programme
In addition you will play a key role in the innovation around:
- Vacation Schemes
- Diversity
- Early Identification
The ideal candidate is likely to be an experienced Graduate Recruiter with exposure to working within COMPLEX GLOBAL organisations ideally within FINANCIAL SERVICES.
