Looking for an HR Officer within Private Banking.
6- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Supporting a variety of client groups and the Deputy Head of HR in the effective provision of HR Services.
With a full HR Generalist scope you will provide a first class service to a large and varied client group. You will not only support but will also take ownership of some client groups and will provide expert advice on all HR issues particularly Employee Relations and Recruitment.
You will need to be well versed in advising and taking leadership on ER issues. You will have a good level of experience in Change management and will have the ability to expertly advise and manage the recruitment process.
Achieved or studying towards CIPD accreditation.
