Superb new opening is now available for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team of a successful IT Consultancy in the West Midlands. Focused upon managing relationships with key clients and ensuring high service levels from the service desk team, you will be working to ITIL service delivery models. The role will be responsible for driving Service Improvement plans and for creating and delivering clear SLAs for the service desk as a whole and for specific key clients. An understanding of network and infrastructure technologies is necessary. ITIL accreditation and a firm appreciation of ITIL service delivery models is essential.
