Senior Service Manager - Home Based - £35k - £50k + Car
A great opportunity has arisen working for a large telecoms company as a Senior Service Manager. The role will involve managing customer relationships, being accountable for the overall customer account and service management with those customers. You will be the focused on improving operational performance. You will also develop new service capabilities with service teams and lead customers with service improvement and development plans.
