Position: Resourcer - Product and Marketing Division
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Nationwide House, Swindon
Salary: £18,421 - £23,538 per annum (dependant on experience)
HR Resourcing is a large team that manages all of Nationwide's recruitment including specialist and volume recruitment, senior appointments and graduate recruitment. This role will be supporting all recruitment within the Group Product and Marketing division.
Group Product and Marketing is responsible for working with our distribution channels (Our website, network of branches and our 4 UK call centres) to deliver great products to our customers. The division manages all aspects of our products, from product development and customer experience, through to product campaigns and working with the distribution channels to bring new products onto the market.
A more challenging role
As Marketing is the driving force behind bringing our financial products at Nationwide, the Resourcer is the driving force for the recruitment needs of the business. Working with a Resourcing Consultant, the Resourcer is responsible for proactively delivering excellent service for all current and future requirements by utilising innovative sourcing methods of both internally and externally sourced candidates.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
*Deliver creative sourcing methods to attract and engage candidates, including allocation of candidates to talent pools.
*Manage candidate relationships, building networks of candidates, delivering against Nationwide's agenda to ensure we reflect our marketplace, and ensure we provide the best experience for all candidates.
*Be responsible for the accurate management of candidates via our in-house systems, co-ordinating candidate status and relevant communication whilst supporting assessment and short-listing activities within agreed timescales.
*Ensure a seamless service is delivered to all candidates and hiring communities through the offer and on -boarding process with HR
A more talented person
Ideally from an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment background you'll have experience of managing complex roles. Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
To be successful in your application for this role further skills and experience required includes:
*Experience of managing recruitment campaigns and providing accurate advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders at each stage of the assessment and selection process.
*Experience of pro-active external candidate sourcing.
*Proven organisational skills, with the ability to deliver complex work load within agreed deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Strong interpersonal skills with experience of working with candidates, clients and colleagues at all levels.
This role is all about providing a high quality service to our candidates and clients alike. You will need strong relationship building skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems whilst working to tight deadlines and SLA's
