Business Analyst required by Progressive's leading solutions provider. This is a brand new role created through expansion. Our client is after someone who can help them develop a business analysis function within the organisation. The focus of the role will be based around functional rather than technical business analysis, and this is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to really develop their formal business analysis experience. Day to day responsibilities will include;

Analyse, Review and Document existing Jobs and Job Processes

Create new Job Documentation including Functional Specifications, Process Flows and Support Information.

Conduct Risk, Impact, Relationship and Dependency assessments in line with any new requirements or changes to existing Jobs and Processes

Assist the Project Office in all activities requiring Project or Process analysis as requested

Provide continued assistance throughout any Project Phases, where analysis of any kind is required.

Collect and fully understand the Internal and/or external Stakeholder requirements

Fully analyse the requirements, ensuring that any solution design fits the product mix and strategic vision of the company and is the most cost effective and appropriate design.

Translate requirements into functional and process documentation.

Undertake the post implementation evaluations to assist in the measurement of success of the project, after the project has moved to a Live Status.

In order to be considered you will need experience of working in a BA role with demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and producing functional specifications / process flows. Experience of working in an ISO environment.

Role will be split between Luton, Bedfordshire, and Hampshire, but travel expenses will be paid.
