- To design and construct customisations and developments to agreed development standards.
- Provide operational support.
- To design and develop required interfaces.
- To support and undertake unit/system testing.
- To assist in data conversion and loading, as appropriate.
- To assist in system and database administration activities, as necessary.
- To provide technical support as required.
- To develop technical specifications and supporting documentation.
- To work closely with staff to prototype and evaluate potential system solutions where appropriate.
- To undertake any other duties and projects as requested by the Line Manager.
- To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties.
- To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the company and to attend mandatory updates where required.
