A global Pharmaceutical & Healthcare business based in West London are currently looking to hire a Programme Manager on a permanent basis.
Working for this global giant you will work as a Programme Manager within the IT function across the EMEA region, managing a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. Typically you will manage between 10 - 15 projects on an annual basis globally, which are both single and cross-functional within a regulated environment - therefore pharmaceutical / healthcare experience is essential.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who is good with staff management, budget management and who is a pro-active thinker and can put together a strategic road map for the department over the next 4-5 years upon your arrival.
You must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and be comfortable dealing with executive / board level staff.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus
