Robert Half Finance and Accounting is pleased to be working with a very well known retail business who are going through an exciting phase of change and growth. Our client is seeking to employ a financial analyst to assist with improvements in performance and productivity. The financial analyst will have the autonomy to make this role their own and go out into the business and work with the divisions and customers.
The financial analyst role is a new position and will suit somebody who doesn't need to follow a set process and somebody who can think outside of the box and existing processes. This role will work closely with the business and customers in looking at how cash flow can be optimised and the financial analyst will almost have a blank piece of paper to make this their own and how they develop this role. The role will involve a lot of process and data analysis and challenging the historic procedures.The financial analyst will develop with the business information team the management information and reporting to support and communicate cash flow forecasting and cash flow optimisation initiatives; this will involve designing and publishing reports and dashboards relevant to initiatives and cash flow forecasting, e.g cash outflow analysis.This role will give the right individual and stepping stone into this prestigious retail organisation where there is true career progression and development opportunity.
Salary & Benefits
A salary of £48000-52000 with up to 15% bonus, pension, health and other great benefits.
