
Fantastic Compliance Monitoring Manager Role
The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the Compliance Monitoring team, to help aid oversight of Regulatory Risk across the business in relation to Conduct Risk.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the monitoring process of compliance with current regulatory requirements
- To be able to identify and implement best practice for compliance regarding regulatory compliance
- Provide training and advice in relation to Compliance
- Reporting to key stakeholders
- Up to date of FSA handbook including knowledge of key areas of
BCOBS, COBS, ICOBS, MCOB
Skills and Experience:
- CeMap or MAQ
- Full Financial planning certificate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- TCF
- Audit or Compliance
- AML, Financial crime, Data protection act
