Your focus will be on aspects of Credit Risk including application policies and strategies, targeting and pre selection and actively develop testing strategies and implement test and learn programmes for all decision areas, developing new methodologies and approaches.
The successful applicant will be looking after 3 analysts and work as a team towards optimising credit strategy and policy for new account recruitment. Therefore some leadership experience is essential. You must have a strong SAS programming background, and have a working knowledge of using SAS along with a numerical (or equivalent) degree and the ability to work with large data sets.
The role also includes extensive Stakeholder Management responsibilities where you will be interfacing with Senior Managers/ Directors within the Credit Risk Operations Function. Therefore evidence in working in a similar enviroment is crucial.
