The successful SQL Server DBA will have the following skill set:
- 3+ years working with SQL Server 2005 / 2008 in a clustered environment, 12 months experience of SQL Server 2008 required
- Any MySQL experience desirable
- Experience of developing and maintaining a reporting system using SQL Server Reporting Services
- Ability to interpret client requirement and translate into appropriate data structure
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
- Computer literacy
- High level of numeracy, accuracy
- Analytical skills
- Ideally from a managed services background
- Familiarity with common CRM / ERP applications such as BMC Remedy, IFS, SAP, Dynamics is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
