OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding business in Leeds, LS15. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where their main objective is focussed around growth.

The Role

OfficeTeam are recruiting for a Sales Manager with the primary responsibility of business development within the Yorkshire region. Our client is looking for an individual to have knowledge of selling into the Accountancy and Legal marketplace within the region and therefore already having a contact database that is extremely strong. You would be expected to deliver approximately 50 qualified leads per month to ensure the client meeting targets are met on a monthly basis the main activity will be to engage with intermediaries who have eligible and suitable clients and to get those potential clients to register on the company's website. A key group of intermediaries are firms of chartered accountants that focus particularly on SMEs, typically with 2-4 offices in the cities and towns in Yorkshire. These businesses have not yet been approached and therefore you would be expected to be able to negotiate and arrange a presentation of the service to groups of a firm's clients at their premises within this geographical area. These presentations will be at partner level and other intermediaries to which this model will apply include Solicitors, Banks, Chambers of Commerce etc.Key attributes of this role are the ability to find, meet and negotiate with intermediaries with a view to accessing their clients to recruit on to the service, excellent presentation skills, excellent negotiation skills. Credibility within the private sector business and professional communities. The ability to develop your own networks coupled with the ability to hit the ground running and deliver the target rate of qualified referrals.Our client are looking to move to interview stage fairly rapidly so if you are interested in this position please reply immediately.
