The Customer Insight Analyst / BI Consultant role is to use data manipulation, analytics and presentation techniques to add value to the products and services being delivered within the proposed Joint Venture. This will therefore include conducting various types of analytics and producing content for either the business development teams or the Media and wallet services business units.

The Customer Insight Analyst / BI Consultant role will include - developing profiles, building models, creating segments, analysing campaign responses and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) develop models either in response to customer briefs or in order to enhance the capabilities of the Venture.
b) Building models and presenting findings, insight to business stakeholders.
c) Exploring new ways, methods to gain further insight.
d) Build reports that meets business user's requirements and innovate in the use of information and its visualisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven experienced in either modelling and insight using customer information, or the design and build of reporting and business intelligence within a large commercial team.
b) Educated to a university degree level.
c) Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex technical material in plain English to non-technical colleagues and clients.
d) Experience of a wide range of analytical methods and approaches including regression, CHAID, cluster analysis etc.
e) Proven use of a range of tools and solutions including SAS, SPSS KXEN etc.
f) Good knowledge of reporting tools including Business Objects / Cognos.
g) Highly talented statistician who is able to apply statistics and modelling to commercial challenges.
h) Is able to see how analytics answer the business challenges of customers.
l) Has a genuine passion for analytics and the power of information.
