The responsibilities will include the following; Developing business requirements specifications according to standard templates, using clear language. Ensuring that business change deliverables are considered at the start of the project life-cycle. Ensure that business cases include robust business benefits with detail on method of tracking, ownership, risk and probability. Defining and documenting to be-processes and the key data requirements. Collaborate with systems analysts, developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs. Handing off clearly defined and agreed business requirements to Development team. Providing input for test processes and supporting the Business with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the business requirements have been met. Providing input to the training team where required, on how the new solution will work to be able to create the training materials. Creating communication materials suitable to the business audience, where required. Ad-hoc analysis as required.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience, and be able to demonstrate customer focus.
Salary paying up to £50,000 per annum.
