PMO - IT Finance Strategic Programme Main FunctionSupport PMO responsibilities for IT Finance Strategic Programmes within Global Change function. Main Duties- Facilitate the Finance IT Steering process and governance between Change Management, Operations, and Technology
- Provide oversight in the budget and forecast process. This individual will be the interface between Finance IT and the COO team.
- Manage and monitor movement of resources, including new joiners, leavers, mobility moves, graduates and interns. Monitor resources against projects and budgets, to provide detailed forecasts.
- Coordinate and manage all Program Management Status Reporting requirements. Provide summaries across Build and Support teams.
- Assist in strategic reviews and presentations supporting the Finance IT Team
- Manage internal website and support consistent document management
- Coordinate location strategy and off shore demand
- Establish and Monitor key metrics for the team
Person Requirements
- 5+ years of PMO/Project Management Experience
- Strong background in development and governance methodologies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- High skills in project management and presentation tools (excel, planning tools, sharepoint, powerpoint, Access)
