Fidessa BA required to work within a leading tier one Cash Equities department to gather and understand their requirements.
Main responsibilities
*Business requirements capture (and relationship development)
*Production of requirements specifications and ensuring that these are translated into high quality technical solutions by the development team
*Liaison with BAs and developers from external system teams to ensure the accurate specification and implementation of technical interface requirements
Past experience
*Minimum of 2-3 years BA experience in the Financial Sector
*Preferably with a background in the IT Sector
Technical skills
*Business Knowledge- Trade matching, Trade Routing, Charge calculations, aggregation
*Detailed knowledge of Derivatives Trading (futures, options, etc ) front-to-back within a cross-asset class environment.
*Detailed knowledge of the Cash Equities business (functional, typical workflow, etc) - Single Orders, Program Trading, Facilitation, Middle Office, etc
*fidessa Trading Platform (TMAR, OMAR, PMAC, EMMA, FDA, CTAC, IMAR, etc)
*Electronic order flow (using the FIX protocol)
