Essential Requirements
- Excellent Business Analysis experience from a process background
- Project experience across major change programmes
- Knowledge of financial systems and an understanding of financial process
- Recent working experience within Banking and Finance
- An appreciation of how data and IT can impact business processes
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Very structured approach
- Any knowledge of digital, online or telephony banking would be highly advantageous
