Real Staffing Group are currently working with a leading Financial Services organisation in the search for a Customer Experience Manager.
This is an exciting role which will enable the successful candidate to shape and deliver the strategic vision for the Customer Experience team and the wider organisation.
The ideal candidate will come from a Financial Services background and have experience in the following areas:
A good understanding of TCF requirements
- Strong experience in management of customer related areas
- Evidence of stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Understanding of commercial, finance and legislative requirements
