A great opportunity for a commissions manager.
You will also be expected to influence the direction of the commissions as a sales lever, extracting maximum value, rewarding appropriately but essentially driving sales. You will need to be a creative thinker to find solutions, be a natural leader with a can do attitude and most of all the ability to be resilient.
Ideally we are looking for someone with an understanding of commercial and sales drivers and complexities of sales performance and have experience of directing, undertaking and controlling processes in a target driven and highly governed environment. You should have the ability to build lasting relationships within the business but also have the strength to influence key stakeholders where necessary.
