Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for a successful manufacturing organisation based in North Bristol, on a temporary to permanent basis
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Accounts Assistant will predominantly be responsible for the Purchase Ledger.
Duties :-
-Processing invoices
-Carrying out statement reconciliations
-Responsible for carrying out payment runs and handling all queries which may arise.
- Ledger/Accounts Analysis and reporting
- Debt Management/Credit control
- Assisting with the monthly and weekly payroll.

The successful candidate for this role must have experience working within a busy accounts/finance team and must be experienced in dealing with large volumes of invoices. You will have knowledge of payroll and will have carried out general accounts analysis in previous roles.

You will be self-motivated and have the ability to hit the ground running. With the strong possibility that this may turn into a long-term role.
