Real Staffing Group are currently working with a leading Financial Services Organisation in the search for an Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have strong Financial Services Experience as well as:
- Good working knowledge of FSA/FOS regulations
- Excellent Stakeholder management ability
- Strong experience in the management of large operational units
- Understanding of relevant regulatory issues and constraints
- A good understanding of TCF requirements
