The CompanyThe Permanent Division of Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of a Multi-Site Manufacturing Organisation based near Huntingdon.
The Role
As Financial Controller you will take responsibility for the overall leadership and management of the site finance team including all financial and management reporting, costings, analysis and commercial development. Day to day duties will consist of team management; profitability analysis for external contracts; financial support for commercial managers; product pricing; management of cost centre spend and coordination of the site Capex process; budgeting and forecasting and stakeholder management across finance and non-finance including the Finance Director and Commercial teams. You will be a Qualified Accountant with strong commercial awareness and the ability to formulate commercial strategy ideally within a food manufacturing environment or other complex manufacturing industries.
