Senior Java Developer - J2EE / Agile - Central London - £400-£450p/d - Contract
Senior/ Technical Lead Java Developer required for a major project working on behalf of a large media company. The contract is planned to run for a 10 month period with the objective being to replace a key E-Commerce solution.
The Senior Java Developer will have the responsibility to oversee and mentor a team of between 8 - 12 Java Developers, so managerial experience is essential.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Java Developer, with experience of planning other developers work loads and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology using a variety of frameworks.

- Spring
- Hibernate
- JQuery
- HTML
- CSS
Requirements -
- Proven track record of past Java development positions using J2EE technologies and experience of managing a team of 10+
- Knowledge of 1 or more of the following Java Development frameworks (Tiles, Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
- Strong academic technical background/degree
- Ability to travel between sites if necessary.
