Location - Nationwide Building Society, Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon Hours - Our contact centre is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. The current hours for this role will be on a flexible rotation between 6am-10pm Monday through to Sunday. 35 hours per week.
Basic salary is between £14,500-£18,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

No matter whether you are promoting a service, helping a customer to complete an on line application or answering simple questions, you will always be working towards the same common goal - retaining our customers by providing a first class service.
You'll have previous experience as Web Chat Consultant, providing an exceptional level of service as you help customers who are visiting Nationwide.co.uk or completing on line applications. Whether they need answers to a simple question or need step by step guidance to fully complete their application, you'll deliver a real time customer response through our new interactive on line Web Chat service
A more talented person
Each customer is an individual and the way you communicate with them directly affects how they think and feel about us. You'll need to have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, have excellent written communication skills, the ability to think on your feet and have a great understanding of and regularly use the internet. You'll also need to look at ways we can further enhance the customer experience by promoting products that meet customer needs. Previous customer experience essential preferably in Financial Services.
