A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client inBirmingham, they are looking for 1st/2nd line support engineer for an immediate start. The ideal candidate with have experience working within a support environment and will have excellent communication skills. The role will involve answering calls, troubleshooting, installations, configurations and remote support.

-Windows XP
