We are now working with a growing US Business in the Pharmaceutical market. They have a unique opportunity for an international Business Manager.

The Role

Working closely inn collaboration with theUSbusiness you will be responsible for marketing products, creating and executing marketing plans. Within this international post you will provide strategic marketing and pricing strategies, while keeping patient as a key focus.

The Responsibilities

━ Lead EU/RoW commercial market planning for assigned products and preparation of target product profiles, draft positioning and product messages supportable by clinical data. Develop the value proposition and key messages for products, in collaboration with and ensuring synergies with theUSbusiness and gain agreement from the commercial business leads and franchise leads.

━ Identify gaps in understanding of market and customers; conduct market research to define target segments and identify opportunities, recommend, develop and manage market programs and create promotional materials to fill information gaps.

━ Identify geographies that offer significant growth for products and in conjunction with the Franchise teams create a business cases to support growth including full risk assessment.

━ Support the Alliance Manager, distribution partners and sales teams in accelerating brand growth. Use technical medical knowledge to answer internal and external client questions regarding details of products.

━ Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies. Collaborate with the Alliance Manager and US commercial team on product strategies for reimbursement, trade and metrics.

━ Identify major competitors and track development and marketing activities; integrate competitive analysis and differentiation strategy into commercial planning in conjunction with the Franchise Leads.

━ Geographical and cross cultural working is an integral part of the role.

━ Ensure compliance with all local laws regulating commercial activities and that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards.

Education and Experience

Commercially focused individual with experience of working in an international environment

Clear experience of working with distribution partners

Enjoys working on strategic brand proposition projects

Strong Communicator
