My client is a leading telecoms company looking for a Customer Insight Analyst. The Customer Insight Analyst will be involved in a green field project designed to add value to customer through inbound and outbound communications.
SAS Customer Insight Analyst - £30,000 - £40,000 - London
SAS Customer Insight Analyst - The Role:
Interpret business priorities into the Customer Prioritisation and Creating Business Scenarios function
Run simulation process and evaluate the outputs
Produce scenario output for review by Commercial Managers
Test changes to business logic and weightings
Review and validate the output of the prioritisation function
Assess actual performance against forecast and continually improve as required
Provide new operational data requirements (volumes, constraints, etc.)
Operate information systems to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records.
SAS Customer Insight Analyst - The Person:
Highly numerate individual, preferably a Statistics, Mathematics or other numerate discipline graduate
Experience in campaign analysis & insight
Understanding of propensity models
Understanding of customer value and value modelling
Strong data analytical skills to interpret data and produce reports in order to understand opportunities, challenges and potential risks
Technical skills in SAS
Technical skills in SQL will be beneficial
£30,000 - £40,000
