Job: Key Stage Coordinator - English
School: St Mark's West Essex Catholic School, Harlow, Essex
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2b £4,225 (Including Outer Fringe Allowance)
Start date: April 2013 or Sooner
Due to the retirement of a member of the English Learning Area, the governors of St Mark's West Essex Catholic School in Harlow in Essex are seeking to appoint a Key Stage Coordinator for the English Learning Area commencing in April 2013 or sooner. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, an excellent classroom practitioner and have developing leadership skills. The successful candidate will help lead the area through its next stage of development.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism and passion for English
- Have excellent teaching and leadership skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a talented team of teachers- Ability to teach English across the 11-18 age range
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Regular and on-going training is organised.
