As a result of continued exceptional performance SThree are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their offices in Manchester.
The role will involve proactively generating business opportunities from new and existing clients, ascertaining their recruitment needs and delivering on them. You will obtain job specifications from the clients, negotiate terms of business and source the most suitable candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and recommendations. After selling the opportunity to both parties you will negotiate the best deal for both client and candidate. You will be trained throughout the duration of your career at our Learning and Development office in London and by a mentor in your office who will help you to build your desk in your specific market.
Ideal candidates will have 12-18 months of business to business, business to customer, telesales or recruitment experience. Successful candidates will be financially motivated, driven by career progression and have an ethic of entrepreneurship. To be successful you will be persuasive, engaging, competitive and pro-active.
In return for your hard work you will be given a competitive basic salary with a lucrative uncapped commission structures with no threshold.
