A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Delivery Manager / SCRUM Master using the Kanban process to join a rapidly growing leader in the field of recommendation software and personalisation software solutions.
Owing to continued success we require a Scrum Master with experience or an interest in the Kanban approach. This role is not limited to being a Scrum Master as you will also be responsible for leading the Technical Services Team.
You will be responsible for:
Team mentoring / leading
Delivery of implementation tasks
Prioritising and delivery of tasks coordinating with client services
Skills / experience:
- Experience in Scrum / Kanban methodology
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering client implementation tasks in a fast paced environment with daily deliverables.
- Must have excellent communication skills handling skills.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Has worked closely with developers and able to effectively connect with them.
- Has experience in motivating others and managing conflict.
