Part-time phone-based mortgage sales consultants - Swindon

Location - Nationwide Building Society, Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon
Hours - Minimum of 20 hours per week covering one of the following options:
· 16:00-20:00 Monday - Friday with a day off in the week and make up the 4 hours between 10:00-14:00 Saturday or Sunday
· 16:00-20:00 Monday - Wednesday and make up the 4 hours between 09:00-17:00 on Saturday and Sunday
· Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00 and Monday & Tuesday 17:00-20:00
Basic Salary £16,478 to £18,420 (based on experience) plus benefits and uncapped bonus (pro rata for part-time)

A more challenging role
Joining the Sales team in our Swindon contact centre, you'll handle inbound mortgage queries, providing a customer service that's second to none. That means pinpointing exact needs and flagging up mortgage and insurance products and services to suit each customer personally. But as well as meeting our customers' high expectations, we'll expect you to achieve performance sales targets. So you'll need to develop an in-depth knowledge of our award winning product range to be able to talk to customers with confidence. And at all times, delivering a service that's professional, secure and in line with our operational procedures, you'll keep the customer experience front of mind.
A more talented person
An experienced sales person, ideally with a background in financial services or similar sales environment would be an advantage. Naturally, you'll need the first-class communication skills that will see you getting the right results for the customer while still meeting business needs. And as well as a great knowledge of our mortgage products and services, we also ask that you're a strong team player with a good work ethic and the ability to build solid relationships with our members. Bring all this and you can expect to thrive in this fast-paced and challenging role.
