Immediate opportunity for an experienced account manager/ client relationship manager/ technical support services professional, to join my trading software house based in London near Bank/ London bridge. They have multiple Tier 1 banks as their partners, and thus need a experienced account manager/ client relationship manager/ technical support services professional to act as the trusted partner to their clients.
You will be managing all technical issues so this role needs someone with some technical prowess- either from a developer/ software engineer/ programmer/ database or implementation support background, who is now working in a client facing, customer role- problem solving and communicating with your banking client as all levels- from developers through to CTOs/ COOs of some of the largest Investment Banks in the world
Requirements
- Evidence of communicating with clients/ customers at different levels
- Good technical knowledge whether within Java, C++, C#, XML, SharePoint Oracle or SQL SERVER- they broader the better
- Background within development/ support/ computer science
- This role would be ideally for someone in a business analyst or consulting role who is looking for more viability and ownership within a multi million pound financial client
