Service Desk Team Leader - Managed Services -Reading- £30k - £33k

An opportunity has arisen as a Service Desk Team leader working for a solutions provider in Reading. As a Service Desk Team Leader you will manage a small 24/7 team. This role is hands on and hands off, so you will be expected to work with the Service Desk Team, answering calls, managing mailboxes, escalating tickets, as well as managing all rota's and SLA's.

You will work with key clients to ensure that all business requirements are met & that you are exceeding company standards. You will be at the forefront of the business driving it forward.

My client is actively seeking an individual who is self-motivated & has an ongoing desire to maintain their knowledge level at the forefront of technology. You will also provide solutions in a quality fashion in keeping with the company's ISO 9000 certification.

Skills required:

- MCSE or similar qualification

- Experience managing a Service Desk / Helpdesk Team

- Experience in Microsoft Solutions.

- Skills in at least of one of the following, SMS, MOM, AD, Exchange 2007, Vista, Office 2007, SCCM, SCOP

- Great communication & interpersonal skills

- Active Directory

- Exchange 2007

- Vista 2007
